Belted Galloway Cattle are known for having many desirable qualities. They are small- to medium- framed animals and, as such, are perfect for smaller acreage and farmers/ranchers at all experience levels. Cows calve with ease, produce rich milk, and are excellent mothers. Bulls are docile. The breed forages well and maintains body condition on grass. And, of course, don't overlook the fact that they are "living yard art!"

Our Belted Galloway Cattle are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished. They live their lives on Texas native pasture which offers a variety of forages that provide high nutrition and palatability. Our closed herd maintains excellent health and does not require antibiotics.  We do not administer any type of hormone.

 

At harvest, our cattle are humanely processed at a local, small, USDA Inspected and Certified facility.

Beef quality is lean and flavorful with lower saturated fat content than commercial beef.
